Not only do the delightful people at Liberty Grill serve brunch till 5pm daily (complete with breakfast cocktails - sigh!), and serve the best burgers/salads in town for prices you can't beat, but I discovered today that they posted the recipe for one of my favourite dishes on their Facebook page!!
They shared the love, bless their cottonsocks.
